王一理，医学博士，病理学教授，博士生导师，基础医学院癌症研究所所长。《中华肿瘤杂志》、《中华病理学杂志》编委。 1982年毕业于原西安医学院医疗系，1986-1990年美国匹兹堡大学癌症研究所博士后。 研究方向为肿瘤免疫，分子病理。主要从事肿瘤免疫基础理论和应用以及人乳头瘤病毒预防性疫苗研究。原位分析肿瘤微环境中免疫细胞与肿瘤细胞相互作用及其临床意义,受邀参与SITC组织的大肠癌免疫分型全球工作组；提出以减毒志贺菌为载体的口服HPV预防性疫苗策略，取得有意义的结果。主持多项国家及省部级科研课题，发表多篇学术论文。《人乳头瘤病毒预防性疫苗研制策略及其免疫生物学研究》获陕西省科技进步二等奖，《肿瘤局部免疫反应特征原位研究》获卫生部科技进步三等奖。获西安医科大学病理学科跨世纪学术与技术带头人称号（96年西安医大人才工程证字001号）。 1996年享受国务院政府特殊津贴（政府特殊津贴（96）3610031号）
